We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from Property Management Shop. Please let us know if any of them prove otherwise.
You may return any non-custom item for a full refund. If the item is defective in any way, or if we shipped you the wrong item in error, we will arrange return shipping, and replace the item at no additional cost to you. There are a couple of exceptions:
Normal Wear and Tear: Many of our products are used outdoors and other harsh environments. In time, even the best products will show some wear.
Custom Products: Unless they are defective, or we made an error in making them for you, custom items cannot be returned. Please check your proofs carefully.
